Hi. My brother is mentally harassing my mother who is a 65+ widow and is making false claims for a share in the flat in which he stays with her which is in her name. He is not paying any money for monthly expenses although she has no source of income and is being aggressive with her and causing mental harassment. What can she do? She is feeling unsafe.
