I am working in one Registered IT Company , There is no contract in my company after working more than 2 years i wanted to relieve from the company to search for higher paid jobs , but my owner of the company is blackmailing if i wanted to leave he wont give any Experience certificate , relieving letter , salary details .. The salary in this company is too low . I dont know what to do . how to proceed legally for this ?

A.He have to give.
You resign.
Send legal notice through lawyer.
You can even lodge FIR on him.

A.Hi,
You can serve your resignation notice immediately. No one can force you to work under them. Secondly, also send a legal notice to your employer for the documents. In the event that they do not reply, you might have to resort to legal proceedings before the Company Law Tribunal of your jurisdiction.

A.Hi,
You can first send a legal notice to your employer. Alternatively, if they still do not agree to give you your certificate then you can file a suit before the NCLT for withholding your experience certificate.

A.Send a legal notice to the company asking for all the required documents.
