My previous company does not pay my money even after 6 month of resignation i have written documents & mail they provide at the time of resignation
What can I do now to get my money back ?
A.Hi,
Send a legal notice first asking them to pay all the pending dues. If they don't, file a case for recovery of dues in the labor court/industrial tribunal against the company.

A.Hi,
You should send them a legal notice asking them to repay the dues for you will institute a legal action against them through a lawyer. If they do not respond positively, you can approach the District Labor office and lodge the complain. Alternatively you can initiate a suit for recovery of dues in the labor court.
