There is a property dispute between me and my brother but we are getting continuous threats from their side as well there has been incidents of physical assualt and there is a lot of mental harassment. Can we request protection from high court to protect ourselves from phsyical injury and false cases?

A.You don't have to go to the Hon'ble High Court for this. Do this. Lodge a police complaint against the threat and let the police do its duty. Second in the next appearance on the next date in the court let the learned court know that the other side is threatening you because of the case and the court shall do the needful.

A.Hi,
You can file a request in the court against your brother misbehaviour in form of assault and harassment and court has the power to direct the police to take action needed if these criminal charges are proved.

A.Hi,
If your case is in appeal in the high court then your lawyer can request to provide protection against assault and harassment from your brother if proven in the court.
