मेरे घर के ठीक सामने बिजली की चेकिंग हुई थी जहां उनको बिजली चोरी करते हुए रंगे हाथों पकड़ा गया है, अब सामने वाले घर के लोग उपरोक्त चेकिंग को मेरे द्वारा किया गया समझ रहे हैं, व शक की नज़र से पूरे मोहल्ले में ढिडोरा पीट रहे हैं, की मेने ही बिजलीघर को उपरोक्त चेकिंग की सूचना दी है, मुझे काफी लज्जित होना पड़ रहा है मानसिक तनाव भी बहुत हो गया है, मार्गदर्शन करें मुझे क्या करना चाहिए

A.Hi,
As per your narration, it is quite clear that your neighbors are in fault. In the event that they are trying to spread any false information or rumor against you then you can file a defamation FIR against them at your nearest police station u/S 499/500 IPC.

You need not be apprehensive of the situation since you are on the right side of the law. If you feel that it is beyond tolerance then you can file a police complaint u/S 499 IPC for defamation.

A.यह तो वही बात हो गयी कि चोरी भी और सीना जोरी भी। आप उनको साफ़ साफ़ लफ्ज़ो में कह्दे कि आने ऐसा कुछ बभी नहीं किया है और वो इस तरह के बेबाक बातें करना बंद कर दें वरना आप उनपर मानहानि का मुक़दमा कर सकते है।
