In revenue courts there has been an instance where multiple deceased people have moved an appeal at the court of DM. After the order of DM the deceased people have appealed to SSRD in Ahmedabad. Is it possible? I am looking for young, dynamic and talented advocates for my cases in Ahmedabad. They can contact me for more information

A.Hi,
There is a way to allow the legal heirs of the deceased person to appeal against the orders of the DM in the SSRD. If you reach out to me for further discussion I can guide you through the same.
Thank you.
