Parents are Hinhu but son and daughter-inlaw converted to Muslim. This that have not told at the time of agreement. After one month when they came out of the home we all noticed. How to make them vacate the house.

A.Terms of tenancy required to be examined. Who is tenant in the property? If father is tenant then if son is residing with them then it does not change nature of tenancy so no ground for eviction. There is no value reason of eviction if their son and daughter being converted to muslim or their being non vegetarian.

A.If there has been any material change in the agreement which makes the living of other occupants difficult then you can politely request the other tenant to vacate the premises. This will maintain the peace and harmony in the vicinity. If it doesnot work in that manner then send him a legal notice.

A.You will require to give a valid reason to ask them to vacate the house to your tenant as well as if they don't comply than before the Court and please note the reason of conversion may not be taken by Court in good light on your behalf to ask them to vacate the house so it is advisable to get this matter settled amicably as much possible by polite negotiation with your tenant. Thank you.

A.Hi
You van subtly send a notice to the tenant regarding eviction. To do so, first, you have to file an eviction notice in a court under suitable jurisdiction stating why you want the property to be vacated. This notice should also have proper time and the date by which you want the tenant to move out of the property. In a situation if the tenant is not ready to move out of the rented flat or house even after getting the the court's eviction notice, you should hire a lawyer and file an eviction suit against the tenant in a civi court.

A.hello
First send a notice to your tenant for eviction giving them a proper time span to evacuate the property, also explaining the reason for evacuation. It would not be good to state a reason like son and daughter in law converted to Muslim. So choose a valid reason for evacuation.
