A.Dear Sir
Court fees differs from state to state and in any case it may not be less then 5 to 10% of claim amount. Nicely take cheques(PDC) and file cheque bounce cases as they do not attract court fee and recovery is very easy as it is a criminal case.

A.The court fee is ruled by the state in which the court is situated. In general you can take a ballpark figure of 3-4% of the suit value as the court fee but it can be less or more than that.
