My step mother keeps on tanuting me, she always tries to find reason for taunt. she says " itna itra mat itni bhi koi sundat nahi ' , kisi ko roti bna kr khilaye ye tameez ni tujme, islie teri shadi ni ho rahi, sara khana kha gai,.
She has been playing victim card in front of my father, and has altered my father'sbrain.
Now both taunt evwrytime , they find sillly reasons and start. its been mpre ghan 10 yesrs, what should i do

A.Hi,
Your narration states it to be a perpetual household routine of inflicting harassment upon you. It would come under the powers exercisable by the District Protection Officer who is given statutory empowerment as per the DV Act. You can also file an FIR u/S 509 IPC.

As per today's convenience, you can reach out to the women's helpline and state your problem at home. You also have the option to file a complaint with the police u/S 509 of IPC.

A.Sabse pahle aap ko apne pairo par khada hona hoga.
Aap domestic violence me bhi apne guardians ke virudh court jaa sakte hai.
Aap criminal proceedings me bhi apne guardians ke khalf court jaa sakte hai.
Decide aap ko karna hai.

A.If things go out of hand then you can reach out the Protection Officer under the Domestic Violence Act and complain to him regarding the abuse get the relief from all these abuses.
