Sir, I applied a PSC Post in 2010 with private computer qualification as in notification there were not mentioned about Government Certificate. Further more , the applied certificate from the Private Computer Center is affiliated with various Govt agencies. Actually at that time, I have Govt equivalent qualification for the same. After publication of result , there was no information from PSC, I contacted them because it was an Interview post. Then only they told me that you are not included in the Interview. Then I filed a case against PSC and got Interim Order to Participate in the Interview. At the time of Interview only, they told me that your computer certificate is not valid as it is from private Institution. At that time, I replied them all my qualifications including Govt Order on equivalent qualification on Computer .But when the Court order came it was not favourable to me. Court order says I am not produced all necessary certificates before PSC at the time of Interview , but it was not true as I produced all necessary certificate before them. I want to file a appeal before higher court . Sir , I don't know What is the mistake from me as I done all as per notification . Can I expect favourable order from the Hon'ble court?Please Reply .
