We are three sisters. I am younger sister. We have deed but we have not made porcha of our land. Can I make my individual patta of my property?
A.Hello
On the basis of sale deed you have of your share in the property you could get the patta of your land from the revenue department. Although the sale deed is enough to state that you possess complete right over the property but after getting patta from the concerned department your claim over the your share of the property will get stronger.
Thanks.

A.Hello
You could have your individual ptta of your property from the tehsildar or the revenue department on the basis of your sale deed. Sale deed is a valid document proving that you are the true owner of the land and posses all rights over it.
Thanks

A.If you have a deed then that is good enough to prove that you are the owner of that land and there is no requirement of patta to prove anything more. But if you wish to have a patta issued either by the Tehsildar or the revenue department then will make your ownership stronger for sure.
