How to get NABC from Secunderabad Cantonment Board?

Hello, I was born at Military Hospital in Secundrabad on 24/06/1954. How can i get a Non Availability certificate from the Secunderabad Cantonment Board(SCB) online? I am reachable on whatsapp at +918826600788. Please do not directly call on this number as the SIM is not operational. The SCB confirmed that no records exist for such birth and i need to file for NABC. They are asking to get Form no. 1 certified from the Military hospital and then submit at their Circle Office ear Mahatma Gandhi Community Hall, Trimulgherry, Secunderabad.
