On an average how much will be the Civil lawyer fee to send a legal notice for loan recovery .... ??
lawyer has to send legal notice in his/her letter head.... !!!
loan principal amount was- 1.5 lakh, including interest it is around 2 lakh.
if borrower not responded to legal notice means ... I want to give power of attorney to lawyer, i. e lawyer has to fight behalf of me on court.... !!

overall how will be the cost for me... if I go in a legal way to recover my money...

I have a promissory note and it's validity was not over....

A.hello Sir,
The cost completely depends upon the Laywer you are hiring. The Fee depends upon various factors so nothing is fixed. So, just contact the lawyer.
Thank you.

A.hello
The lawyer fee depends on various factors like experience of lawyer, reputation, caliber and so on. But to send a legal notice a lawyer could charge between 1000-15000 aproxx. Completely depending upon lawyer's caliber.
Thanks.

A.Lawyer's fee depend in his/her caliber, skill, reputation, experience and you will have to individually go and ask each and every lawyer. You may not get a range. Since you have the documents ready hence you can hire a good civil lawyer and file money suit to recover your money from the boroower.
