House gift deed problem House gift deed problem

Grandpa had a land on his name. Grandpa constructed a house on his daughter name and all the documents are on daughter name. Now grandpa died. Daughter has given the house gift (gift deed mentioned as daughter absolute property)to her second son without the consent of the 1 son. I consulted a layer they are saying it is daughter property and can alienate to any one as per Hindu female law.
