Service provider didn't gave me proper GSTIN bill Service provider didn't gave me proper GSTIN bill

Hi
Last year I took packers and movers service along with godown in Pune, Maharastra. For last one year my luggage was lying in his godown. Last month, I took my luggage back to my home town. As promised, he charged me with a monthly rent along with few other charges but he also charged a GST of 18% on whole amount and promised me to give a GSTIN bill once payment is made.
I made the payment online to his account via Gpay.
I messaged him many times for GSTIN bill but he is not responding. I think he has cheated on me and also trying to cheat government by not paying GST to the system.
Could you please tell me how to take legal action on him?

A.Hi,
A person can report a GST fraud in many ways including visiting the official portal cbec-gst.gov.in, clicking on CBEC MITRA Helpdesk and choosing "Raise Web Ticket" to file the complaint. Alternatively, people can email the complaint to [email protected].

A.Hi,
First send him a legal notice. If he doesn't comply, then lodge a complaint with the GST authorities. You can also consult with an practicing tax consultant to proceed further.

A.Send him a legal notice and in the notice mention that if he does not listen to you then you are going to lodge a complain against him with the GST authorities and also file a case in consumer forum for unfair trade practices.

A.Aap usko ek legal notice bheje. Or uski complaint income tax vibhag me kar sakte hai. Aap ko kisi income tax ke advocate se contact karna chahiye or unse apni sabhi fact share kare. Vo aap ko sashi parkar se guide kar sakta hai.
