Banks are behaving in a rude and aggressive manner in collecting the bills/EMIs. They are not even concerned about customers situation. They are threating in all possible ways. Do the COVID hit people have any legal support in the ground of humanity against the brutal attack by bank in name of senseless policies?

A.Dear Sir,
You have to file for permanent injunction and restrain them from interfering in your personal life and also file private complaint for unnecessarily sitting on your throat to recover such loans which are unsecured. Thus, they will be afraid of and they have only right to recover the same legally by filing civil cases and not by calling you frequently.

A.hello
The bank has right to recover money from you in legal ways not illegal ways like threatening. file a complaint against them and try to contact some senior office from the bank and explain your situation why you are not able to pay the loan. They could try to solve the amicably by reducing your emi, or giving you some emi free months.
Thanks.

A.Hello
If you are not able to pay the emi, then bank can take legal action against you not threat you. threatening is illegal and you can file a complaint against them for illegal threatening.
Thanks

A.It is a serious concern and quite inhuman that during this pandemic time when everyone is suffering they do not understand. Try to talk to them and make them understand politely but if they threaten you then tell them frankly and straightforward that they can be booked under the law for threatening as it is illegal.
