We belong to economically weaker section. Due to my occupation, We live outside of my native village. My village neighbour is a powerful person and in my absense On March 3 2021, he installed JIO telecom tower in his land and wired 11KV wire on my own residential plot without following any safety guidelines. Hence there is a great danger to my family life as well as domestic animals. This electric wire and pole constructed over my pond and many trees and crossed the village road. How dangerously they have constructed. Since last 3 month i am requesting to Junior Electrical Engineer, Regional SDO of Electricity Department, Executive Engineer of Electricity Department, Regional Tahasildar, Collector to remove the 11 kv electricity pole from the residential land so that i can construct my rest house. But they are not listening to me. What i can do ?

A.hello,
You could complaint against the Jio and your neighbour for causing problem in enjoyment of your property by creating a tower and a 11kv wire which is going above your house, creating threat to your family members. Also contact a lawyer and file a Writ Petition under High Court for removing the 11kv wire.
Thanks.

You may get issue a legal notice followed by a suit for mandatory injunction to remove such illegally installed 11 kv wire. If you have enough financial sources then approach High Court for immediate solution.
