Will there be any problem to my job due to my conversion from Hinduism to Christianity?

I am Hindu , REDDY (kapu) belongs to O.C.,
I COMPLETED my post graduation and B.Ed.,
with above region. (My full education) But recently I took Christian baptism( at the age 33) I.e., converted Christian. and joined as a aided teacher(government post) in minority school. Is there any problem for job

There would be no problem to your job because of your conversion of religion from Hinduism to Christanity. But in case if you belong to any reserved category then after coversion you'll not be able to avail the benefits of belonging to that category. As far as your job is considered you won't be having any problem.

The change of religion should have no effect on your job since the conversion of religion only has prospective effects and not retrospective effect.
But if you belong to any minority community in India like ST, SC, OBC, then you'll loose the priveleges of being from that caste in future.

A.Kya aap ne minority ka koi labh liya hai. Jo aap ke dwara cast likhi gai kya vah minority ke antargat aati hai agar aati hai tab aap ke dawara jo labhi liya gya hai vah aap ko chdana hoga. Jab aap labh ko chodenge to aap ki nokri ko bhi nukshan ho sakta hai.
Agar aisa nhi hai tab aap ko koi nukshan nhi hoga.

In general conversion of religion in your case hindu to christianity, doesn't cause any problem to your job. Religion doesn't matter that much in Job.

If you show your conversion you may not get any reservation anyway you belongs to OC and there will be no benefits to you. Always mention that you are a Christian and that you are a converted Christian in brackets.

A.Have you taken any benefit of being under a particular religion while joining a job? I don; think you get any benefit like that. Whatever benefit you get is for belonging to a particular caste and religion has no role into it. So, there should be no affect on your job due to your conversion.
