In fear of police case the family member asked that person to write a letter to them that they are not involved if that person dies and a person fully responsible for him/her then in fear of police they use that note written by person and involuntary admitted him/her into phsychatric hospital under section 89 false fully narrates the phychatrist that the person have phsychatric disorder ocd then phychatrist keep that person without his/her will and forcefully given person high doses they kept 13 days and side by side telling family that person doesn't have any phychatric disorder but still they put that person on high doses telling the person that
He/he is being tested and on observation but they given them still high doses of ocd and atlast they said that he/she doesn't have any phsychatric disorder after discharging that person faces so many side effects and on that person mind totally numb in the hospital only they took on so high dose that thought process and thinking ability totally slows down after discharging a person faces more side effect dizziness ,vomiting , harmone imbalance ,low blood pressure and many more and after that
Phychatrist is not taking responsibility that he has given wrong treatment and wrongly admitted a person without his or her will under section 89 in which a person should only admit if he or she is insane or minor and that person is not at all insane and he/she is adult and family turn the domestic case into phsychatric problem and phychatrist also does malpractice by giving wrong medicines so can you guide how can that person take action on phychatrist that he is given wrong medicines and doesn't apologizing and also not giving any information about the examination done in the hospital as it's that person right of taking information and he should apologize to that person that he wrongly admitted him/her plzz guide me about this matter plz reply fast....

A.Hi,
You can move to court and prove the following facts. If there is any lack of evidence, first plead for a proper investigation on this matter. Collect all his medical reports. If proper investigation takes place, you will get Justice.

A.Hi,
This is a very serious case. You can approach the court raising this issue and if it is proven, you can ask for the compensation. You can request the court for the proper investigation on this matter.

A.Aap ki problems badi serious hai. Isko simple incident nhi mana jaa sakta hai or na hi aap ko halke me lena chahiye. Aap ko turant sabhi paper lekar kisi advocate ko appoint karte hue sabhi fact batate hue high court me writ file karni chahiye ki mere sath aisa hua. Court se prayer kare ki iski investigates kisi agency dawra ki jaa kar report darj karne ke aadesh parit kare.
