How to stop the nuisance crated by pigs in residential area?

Dear sir/madam
Pigs roam all the time around the house. They leave their waste and urine. It is getting difficult to be there. If we talk to the owners, they are huge in number and powerful. How can we keep our surroundings clean. How to handle these unruly people?
A.Dear Sir,
You may approach local authority that is municipality etc. If no action is taken then approach High Court for a direction to the local authority to bring the issue under control and also approach public media to create evidence and public support.

You can file a complaint for public nuisance with other members of your society. You can also solve issue amicably if it amounts to private nuisance as there is no such law applicable in India.

A.Hi,
You can get the appropriate remedy by filing a case if torts and nuisance against the owners in a civil court. You can also raise the issue with local civic body. You can first send a legal notice to the owners, asking them to comply or face legal action.

A.File a civil case under the law of torts bu hiring a good civil lawyer for seeking relief from nuisance caused by these animals. You can initiate the case against the owner of the pigs and the court shall listen to you.
