My boss cheated, called me to Dubai and my visa is expiring. What should I do?

Now I stay Dubai i come to tour visa this time my boss ask i will give work visa but he is not provide and my visa is expire or valid i don't know any he have my passport and my salary he ditnot give me and I need to exit Dubai i can complaint police this correct

A.Hi,
The purpose of tour visa is not to be employed somewhere and your boss has no right to say that he will change your tour visa into working visa. First you consult the Indian embassy and they will guide you what to do next.

A.Hi,
Tour visa/Visiting visa is not issued for working anywhere and that is illegal. But now you can give a police complaint explaining your situation. You can also contact the Indian embassy in Dubai and they will guide you.

A.You are suggested to approach Indian Embassy if any in Dubai and explain them about this matter and seek way to get out from this problem as they can suggest you better. However I believe you must be aware that on tourist visa no one is allowed to do work or search work or even money in another country so I believe nothing is official in that respect and the promise made by your boss is only in words than just disclose your matter to Embassy that you came here on tourist Visa and met your boss but he has forcefully kept your passport which you need back to return to your country and which he's denying by providing pretexts and promises that he will give you job and turn your tourist visa into work visa there which you know is not possible, so kindly provide help. If it is not possible to reach embassy than you may approach local police but only disclose what is official and true and do not make up any wrong story otherwise along with your boss you also might come in trouble. Thank you.
