A.Dear Sir,
You may file complaint under Section 498 of IPC as follows:
Section 498 in The Indian Penal Code
498. A.Yes you can take action against that man by filing a police complaint under Section 498 of Indian Penal Code and get him arrested by the Police. You can also ask the police to lodge the complain under Section 354

A.Hi,
See you need to understand that adulterous acts are no longer a punishable offence in India, it is only a ground for divorce and judicial separation. So you can file for divorce or judicial separation from the wife.

A.Hi,
If a man is kissing or hugging someone else's wife, it is a moral wrong, and not a criminal offence. At max, the husband can file for divorce or judicial separation from the wife. No action lies against such man.

A.Aap ki problems clear nhi hai ki aap kya kahana chahte hai. Jab bhi question puchna hai to usko clear pucho. Aap sharm mat karo agar aap ke sath kuch glat ho raha hai to clear bolo.
Doctor and advocate ko clear batao agar aap kuch chupage to nukshan aap ka hi hoga.
Ab aap ye kahana chahte hai ki agar koi purush kisi mahila ko gale lagata hai or usko kiss karta hai. Kya ye crime hai.
Isme do cheej hai.
Ek agar vah aadmi mahila ki anumati ke bina ye sab karta hai tab crime hai.
Agar mahila ki anumati hai tab crime nhi hai.
Ab aap ko dekhna hai ki anumati hai ya nhi.
Hum log clear question par hi apni opinion de sakte hai.

A.Kissing and hugging the wife of another is a moral wrong but it is not an offense under any of the statute in vogue. Hence you can proceed against the wife and take divorce or judicial separation since the case can be made of cruelty because of such act of the wife. Other than that there is little that can be done against the man.
