Salary Arrears Salary Arrears

I am one of the private employee, joined on 18.03.2019. At the joining time they did not given any offer letter or joining letter to me. At the time of interview they offer me Rs. 35,000/- pm. But they paid Rs.30,000/- pm. This amount is written on my resume at the time of interview. I have reminded several times about the remaining salary and offer letter, but they neglect on it. Now they terminated me on 30.06.2021 without any reason.
Even they did not paid the last month salary also. Nearly 10days have passed in this month. Now how to collect that arrears from 18.03.2019 to 30.06.2021. (i.e.Rs1,20,000/-).

A.Hi,
Send a legal notice to the company first, demanding immediate payment of salary dues. Then, if they do not comply, then file a case in the labor court to get your dues recovered.

A.Aap company ko legal notice bheje. Or company ke khilaf labour court me case file kar sakte hai aap.
Company ko vahan aakar apna jabab dena hoga. Kyon ki aap ki problems ka jurisdiction labour court hi hai. Dispute salary ka hai.
