Hi grandfather has constructed 4small small houses in his land in 1996 and left for rent and orally he told to get the house rent of first two house to my mother (elder daughter)and last two house rent was collected my chithi ( moms sister).and we constructed our house on top of the first house in 1998 and started staying.unfortunately my father died without settling legally..so my moms sister in law came for share.my moms brother died in 1994 and he has four children from 1994 it’s my father is taking care of all the four children and my mom sister law..he didn’t to much to my mom so only he asked to collect the rent.after my grandmother death my moms sister took my grandmother 15 souvrein Jewell’s..also my grand father settle dem with some land which she changed to her name.so we filed a case and result came as 1/3 share.if we appeal is there is there any possibility for my mother to win the case.. she just needs the half of the land in which we built house.they are not ready for compromise.
Better to go for compromise instead of fighting without any beneficial result. Your mother has to make several grounds to the courts and ultimate result may not be in favour of your mother. Please take wise decision.

You can file an appeal. It is not possible to say the chance of winning the case without studying the facts and evidences of the case. You can plead for your share by proving the intention of your grandfather at the time of letting you the houses.

You can file an appeal. It depends upon the facts and evidences of your case to predict the chance of winning. If you did not submit any relevant document which is capable of proving your right in the property, you can submit it and also mention the details of properties which your mom's sister got from grandfather.
