A.Dear Madam,
The employer cannot terminated an employee who has already put her resignation papers. Such termination is invalid and he cannot take any benefit out of such invalid termination since employee already resigned and it is on record.

A.Hi,
No, if you give your resignation letter before the termination email, it won't amount to termination. Even if they issue a termination letter, you can't be terminated without getting an opportunity of being heard. You can claim for all the allowances.

A.Hi,
The company can't terminate you if you submitted your resignation letter before their termination email. In the eyes of law, you have quit the job and you will get all the allowances which are applicable to you and the company is bound to provide those to you as per the agreement signed between you and the company.

A.Dear client,
After your resignation there is no employer and employee relationship in between you. They cannot terminate you. If your resignation letter did not receive or reach them prior to the termination now they can terminate you.

A.No! Once you have tendered your resignation, your employer cannot terminate you from the service. As per the terms of the contracts either party can terminate the contract by giving (whatever no of months mentioned in the employment contract) and have performed your part of the contract.

A.Dear Sir,
If your resignation letter was received by them prior to termination email then they will be fix and cannot terminate you on such silly grounds. They ought to have issued a notice or memo before such termination and taken your explanation on such alleged mistakes committed by you.
