One of my customer, had made a credit purchase worth 15,500₹ during December and unpaid till date. The seller is from Bengaluru, place of supply is Erode and customer is in Coimbatore. Filed online police complaint, but they are denying it saying one or the other reason.
What legal action can be taken to get the amount paid from customer with interest?

A.Dear Sir,
It being a meager amount your legal expenses will be more than the amount you may receive. Better threaten him to place on social network bad things and bad feedback against him and in that circumstance he may come down and settle the amount.

A.Aap ko police me complaint file karni chahiye. Agar police kuch nhi kar rahi hai. Phir aap ko court jaana hoga. Court se aap criminal proceedings bhi kar sakte hai or civil proceedings bhi kar sakte hai.

A.Hi,
If the police is not taking any action, then you can file a application before the magistrate. You can also institute a suit for recovery of the money in the civil court against such customer.

A.Hi,
You can give a legal notice to the customer demanding immediate payment of the amount, if he doesn't comply you can initiate a civil suit in the competent court. Else, you can lodge a private complaint against the customer with the magistrate for cheating and breach of trust.
