If a writ petition is pending in the High Court, can a writ petition be filed in the Supreme Court for the same subject matter by different parties?

A.dear client If for the same cause the parties are different then it can be filed.

Ordinarily it cannot be allowed, under article 32 of Constitution you may file a writ before SC after withdrawing WP from High Court.
