One parent withholding the child from the other parent after divorce

What is a quick legal way to access my child who is alienated from me despite the custody from the court saying otherwise ?
A.Dear Sir,
It is nothing but violation of Court orders and you can directly walk into any nearest police station and get back your child as per the court orders. Otherwise you may approach the Court and file miscellaneous application and also file contempt petition.

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
Try to solve the matter without legal recourse if it doesn't make any change then straight away approach a legal representative and go for petition to enforce visitation rights.

Try talking things out with the other parent since involving again in a legal procedure could be hectic for all of you. A wiser approach is to retain an attorney to file a court petition to enforce visitation rights.

A.Details are required to be examined. As such there is no QUICK legal way. If court has already given you custody then file contempt petition in court and also application seeking direction to other party to comply with court order.

A.If you have obtained order front he Court regarding visitation rights in respect of your child and your wife is not allowing to meet you to the child than just file contempt of Court petition against your wife before same Court where your matrimonial matter is going on during your next date and bring this to the notice of the Hon'ble Judge through your lawyer even through verbal representation. Thank you.

A.Aap child ki custody ke liye case file kare. And usme child se milne ki permission court se mange. Court aap ko milne ki permission grant karegi.
Kisi senior advocate se advise kare. Unko apni problems share kare.
