EPF scheme- not able to withdraw my father's fund

Actually I'm saying my father expire in may 2021 and her pf claim is in but their officer authority is rude behaviour and not worked and I'm three sisters and one brother and three are minor and I'm major but I'm very confusing it's created many problems plz anyone help ??
A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and then approach Civil Court and file interim application not to disburse the amount to anybody except. If the matter is seized by Civil Court then you will get favorable orders.

I would be suggested to talke to senior officers of the concerned department regarding your father's pf and also complaint against the lower officers for not cooperating with you in getting the pf and rude behaviour.

You could file a complaint against the government servant with it's senior officer. It's your right claim your father pf after his death.
In case they are still not giving then you could send them a legal notice.
