A.Dear Madam,
You can lodge complaint against him but he must have attained and crossed 21 years of age without which you cannot marry him. The Police may warn him not to give trouble to you and if any further trouble is given FIR will be issued and he will arrested.

A.Hi,
You can give a police complaint. Send a copy of the complaint to SP office by post and keep the receipt of the complaint as evidence. You can produce this as an evidence of complaint in the court at the time of hearing.

A.Hi,
You can't file a case against him for marrying you but you can sue him for defamation. You have to give a police complaint. Since his father is a policeman and if he causes any trouble to you, you can give a complaint to SP office and keep the complaint receipt as proof.
