what will happened if I fought with a guy..and i beat him too much and the another guy is a MLA's son ......
A.Dear Sir,
You seems to be in danger but you can come out of the danger situation by applying anticipatory bail through senior advocate practicing in High Court. Nobody is authorized to take law into his hands irrespective of any crime committed by other person. Anyway you may get bail on some stringent condition even though his father is MLA.

A.Hi,
Under Indian law, the person's position has no bearing on the severity of your punishment. However, because your father is a law enforcement officer, the pace with which your case is prosecuted may vary. In most cases, you will be charged with inflicting harm voluntarily under section 71 of the IPC.
Thank you very much. Please give the answer a rating.

A.Hi,
The status of the person will not affect the quality of your punishment under Indian laws. However, the speed of your prosecution may be varied because of the fact that the father is associated with the law enforcement. In normal circumstances you will be charged for voluntarily causing hurt under section 71 ipc.
