Land Grabbing issue
Few people are trying to grab our 2 acres of land. On this issue we already filed FIR on grabbing party. But still they are obstructing us to enter into land. All land registration, 1-B, Adangal , passbook and EC on our names. Please provide your suggestions to resolve our issue. Either we can again contact local police team or we can get injunction letter from court.

A.Hi,
You can give a police complaint for the same. Send a copy of that to SP office too. They don't have any right to obstruct you from entering your land in any ways without a court order. You can approach court and detail the issue.

A.Hi,
First you have to give a police complaint and keep the complaint receipt as an evidence. You can send a copy of your complaint to SP office too. After this, consult a lawyer to approach the court and file an application.

A.Dear Sir,
If police officials are not providing you adequate support in respect of your FIR, then, you have left with the option of filing case against those persons for getting injunction in respect of the said land.
