'No representation from petitioners counsel adjourned to next date' means that the matter has been postponed to next date as the lawyer or counsel of petitioner was not present on that certain day.

It means the counsel or advocate of petitioner is not present on the date of matter and the matter has been postponed for next date. That means the matter would be heard on next date provide by the court.

A.It means that on the matter date Petitioner's lawyer was not present and as a result whereof the matter is postponed for the next date.

Nowadays due to Covid Pandemic situation, in most of the Courts there is the administrative direction of NO ADVERSE ORDER,that's why even when Petitioner's lawyer was absent when the matter was called on ,the Ld. Judge cannot make any adverse decision against the Petitioner.
