A.Greetings, Sir
Your boss made a mistake when he fired you without giving you any notice. Sending a legal notice to give you the notice term and income for the same period is recommended. If they do not, you have the option of filing a labor court complaint as well as civil litigation against the employer.
Thanks.

A.Hello Sir/Ma'am
If your employer has illegal terminated you from the job without any notice period then you could surely take actions against him. In your employment agreement there have been mentioned the procedure for termination from the job the employer had act according to in order terminate. If he has not acted according to that then you could surely file a civil suit against the employer. You could initiate with sending a legal notice.
Thanks

A.Hello Sir
Your employer is wrong in terminating you from job without any notice period. It would be suggested to send a legal notice to provide you with the notice period and salary for the same period. If they do not do so then you could file a complaint against the employer in the labour court and file a civil suit as well.
Thanks
