Withdrwal case document or intream order is valid in other civil case

If plaintiff Withdrwal their case and after 7 to 8 month he again filling the case for the same matter and saying i got some intream order in my prev. case (using as document in other case) which i have Withdrwal so that case's document or intream order is valid in any other civil case

A.Dear Sir,

Please write down the complete details of the case.
First of all, if one party withdraws the case they either files it as fresh case with new grounds or files it after removing the defects or so. Secondly, That party cannot file the case on same grounds and the with same cause of action. Thirdly, if there is any interim order was passed in the previous case, then, after filing it a fresh case that interim order cannot be continued and will have no effect in that case.(which is filed a fresh).

A.Detailed required. If withdrawal of case is with liberty to file fresh case then plaintiff can file same case after removing defect but if case has not been withdrawn with liberty then plaintiff cannot file subsequent case on same grounds and same cause of action. Stay order passed in another case is not applicable and has no effect in other cases.
