Ma'am you'll have to pay the loan back otherwise they could take legal actions against you. Although you have a option to go via the alternative dispute resolution process and try negotiating with company to settle with some lower ammount or reduce the emi.

A.Hello
I understand it would be difficult for you to pay such emi of Rs.7351. you could contact senior officers of the company and explain you can't pay money. You could contact a mediator to settle the issue with the company instead of going to the court. I hope the company would agree instead of getting no money they would prefer negotiate.
Thanks
