Service Agreement of Rs. 5 lakhs
I've signed a service agreement for 3 years in an organisation violating which I need to pay 5,00,000(5 lakhs INR). I've already served 8 months, My job role is not the same as communicated during recruitment and does not match my career expectations.
A.Hello Ma'am/Sir
As you have signed the service agreement you are liable to pay the amount decided in case party breaches the agreement. Although if the company has not given you thr job as decided in the service agreement then you could file a complaint against the employer.
Thanks

A.Hi,
In most situations, unlike a contract of employment, a job description is not a legally enforceable document. Other responsibilities may be assigned to you provided they are reasonable. If, on the other hand, what you're doing doesn't meet your expectations and you feel your boss is intentionally misleading you, then it is important to point it out and ask them for clarification. If you think you are being misled then you can file a case of fraud.
Thank you.

A.It is necessary to scrutinize the Service Agreement for its term, conditions and default clauses, otherwise if you violate any of terms, then you will be subjected to penal provision.
Please take note that it was necessary on your part to think about the consequences of non- compliance of the terms of Service Agreement before signing it.
