Rape case Rape case

Filed case under section 376C (a),417,506,420 against a boy who cheated me on promise of marriage and had sexual relationship and used me financially for 8years. Now he s been remanded and eagerly applying fr bail. As a gal I stood up to punish him and I have been under very bad depression of suicidal thoughts bt I managed and faced all hardships while filling this case in police station. Gals are not meant to be used and throwed away.. rape issues are increasing in India and women are been abused and cheated in different ways 50 % in the name of love she s been used and throwed away . I lost my family honour and stood up to punish him . I need to know the right nd effective ways to do . Kindly let me know whether he can get bail ? How long will he be remanded in jail? How many times I can reject the bail? Wen will this come to court and I will get justice ? How many yrs it will take for me to get justice for wat I have gone through.

A.Contest the case with the help of an advocate and participate in the bail arguments and laid down the proof in front of the Hon'ble court showing his culpability in the act he has done. You can challenge the bail in granted to the next higher forum as laid by law. All the Best

A.Taking bail in rape cases is not easy for an accused. Grant of bail is discretion of the court. U can engage an advocate to oppose bail application. If bail is granted which will be most probably rejected, u can challenge grant of bail.If granted by session court, before high court and if by high court then bail order can be challenged in supreme court.
