Change of DOB in 10th certificate

My Father have got a wrong DOB in Tenth class certificate. Apart fro that he have all other documents with correct DOB. Now there is a high need to change DOB in 10th certificate. It is almost 35 years since he passed 10th. Will it be possible to change the DOB in 10th certificate. If possible what is the exact process to follow and whom to approach. He cleared 10th from Andhra Pradesh state board.
