I take a loan 5000 rupees in indiabulls last year January 2020 for 6 months emi option. I had paid only 1 month emi and then start a lockdown no salaries and loss my job after completed lockdown I had received half salaries around 6500 rupees. This amount is not sufficient to live (rent current groceries).so I don't pay indiabulls remaining amount now this amount changes to 10880 rupesss. Now he send a message your loan gone to legal proceedings. What can I do. Present I receive same half salary.
