Our ancestral property includes plots of land and a house. A title suit is on for both pieces of property. Can both parties settle their claim on the house, and continue with the title suit only on plots of land?

A.Hi,
You can file an application in court for the same after you arrive at a settlement with regard to that property. You can reach to a settlement with regard to the house and get it registered within 4 months of the execution.

A.Hi,
Yes, you can. You have to file an application in court to remove that property from the litigation. If you made a settlement agreement in respect of the said property, get it registered within 4 months of execution.

A.Dear Sir,
If settlement was arrived in respect of house property then an application has to be filed to be delete such property from the plaint schedule thus litigation continues only in respect of other properties.
