1.my nabhour constructed staircase which enchrose my land .
2. he constructed the house without any setback wit my plot .
3. His taja enter to my plot (1,5 ft inside to my plot )
4. as i am staying outside orissa and father is staying in other city takeing this advantage he constructed staircase and Taja into our plot .
5.he violated the BDA approval and without any set back towords my plot constructed the house .
what action i can take now

It's against the law to start a construction project or just enter another person's land without their consent. Trespassing is a legal word that refers to entering someone else's property without their consent. You can seek criminal or civil remedies, such as an injunction or IPC section 411.

A.Hi,
It is illegal to begin building or simply access another person's property without their permission. Trespass is a legal term that prohibits a person from accessing another's a property without their permission. You can reach out for penal or civil remedies, ie an injunction or section 411 under IPC.

You can approach the concerned municipal authority where your flat or house is situated for the unauthorized construction done by your neighbour by filing the petition in the appellate tribunal.

A.It is necessary to give representation in this regard to the Plan sanctioning Authority to demolish that unauthorised construction and if the Plan Sanctioning Authority do not take any steps against your neighbour,then you are entitled to file Writ against Plan Sanctioning Authority before the Hon'ble High Court seeking direction upon the Plan sanctioning Authority to make enquiry regarding such unauthorized construction and to take legal steps against that.
