A.Hi,
Your mother can transfer the property to anyone she likes. Your aunt can't raise any objection to it as she does not has any right to do so. In case of such threatening, you can file a police complaint.

A.Dear Sir/Mam,

It is mother's will whether she wants to give her share of property to anyone. The mother can easily gift her property to her daughter without any hinderance. If daughter in law is making issues or problems in the family regarding the transfer, then, (if mother is senior citizen) then, she can file an application to the concerned SDM in respect of threatening she is giving to the family members.

A.Hi,
It is your mother's discretion to whom the property should be conveyed and no one can abstain her from doing so. If there is such threatening, you can file a police complaint against your aunt.

A.Yours is a kind of problem which I deem not fit to be discussed or advised on an open public platform. I would suggest you to talk to a lawyer in person and discuss this issue. Thank you.
