I got married and got divorced , 2nd marriage I did secretly unfortunately we didnt stay together at all and we got divorced, now Iam planning to get married wherein I have told about my first marriage but not the second marriage. I basically want to hide the 2nd marriage. At the time of marriage registration , Registrar will get to know about the 2nd marriage too? As Iam going to produce only 1st divorce decree
A.Hi,
You must have a valid divorce in order for your third marriage to be lawful. The Hindu Marriage Act of 1955 stipulates that the parties getting married must be single and have no living spouse from a prior marriage.

A.Hi,
In order to make your 3rd marriage legal, you have to ensure that you get a legal divorce. According to The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 · The persons getting married must be unmarried and must not have a living spouse from their previous marriage.
