I have filed a partition suit all records and defendants statements are in my favor. now the defendants uses my enemys and thereat my advocate through bar associations using political leverage and to skip the case.what am i to do?

A.Your legal counsel should be advised to take help of the local bar council office, You can also take up the issue with court by filing a affidavit, further concerned CP office for protection.

A.You have to mention before the Judge where your matter is going on. And you should request to their honour to instruct to find out your proceeding first. As you said defendant parties ready to give statement in your favour, once your matter come before the judge you can easily get your favorable order from the court. and for your enemy you can file criminal case against them stating that they are trying to harass you as well your advocate, anyway but your advocate can take a decision of it and file the complaint against that anti-socials.

A.need not to worry ask your counsel to write to the concerned bar association regarding the threat he is receiving pertaining to your case. Also file a complaint to commissioner of Police and seek protection till the final disposal of the suit. One one option hire a fearless advocate
