Respect sir nd mam what should girl do if she is victim of rape nd police officer humiliating her nd all they are on accused side nd sp cp all police officer humilate her till death where should she compalin . every one just asking her for money is seeking justice is crime if not then y don't she get justice how to deal with this humiliating legally

These actions of police towards are completely not acceptable. You could initiate a complaint against such officers for bribing. It would be suggested to write a compliant against them to the senior officer like IG, DIG and magistrate as well. regarding you rape compliant tou write a direct letter to the District Magistrate.

A.Consult a competent lawyer with details. If you cannot efford a lawyer, then contact legal aid cell situated in every district court who shall provide you advocate and other legal assistance. You should complain to higher officials of police and can also approach court through complaint case under 156 cr.p.c. or Writ petition in high court.
