Can I get part of property of my father as he have second wife and a stepmother

A.Hi,
If he is died intestate, you will get your share. But he can transfer his property to anyone he likes and you can't raise any objection against it if it is his self-acquired property.

A.Hi,
You can't claim his self acquired property. It is his discretion to whom the property should be transferred and you have no right and can raise no objection on it.

A.Yes you are entitled to get a share in your deceased father's property if he doesn't have any Will to the contrary. It does not matter whether he has second wife and a stepmother. As a child of your father,you have every right in your deceased father's property and you have to apply for Legal Heir Certificate with other legal heirs and heiresses of your father.
