Civil service issue about NPS

Without amending kcsr NPS implemented. And in 2006 April but before notified recruitment who joined after this also undergo NPS new pension scheme. Is t possible to get ops for such people?

You can file a suit in the court challenging the said action of the government. National Pension Scheme (NPS), a government-sponsored pension scheme, was launched in January 2004 for government employees. It was opened to all sections in 2009. A subscriber can contribute regularly in a pension account during her working life, withdraw a part of the corpus in a lumpsum and use the remaining corpus to buy an annuity to secure a regular income after retirement.

You can move legally. National Pension System (NPS) is a voluntary retirement savings scheme laid out to allow the subscribers to make a defined contribution towards planned savings thereby securing the future in the form of Pension. You have to contact a lawyer and detail your issue.
