My mother is having 3 daughters and 2 sons all are married.mother stays with my younger brother in ground floor and i stay in 1st floor in 300sq yards. recently i came to know my mother has given gift deed in his name in 2015 as she was suffering from Parkinson's syndrome since 2010 but I got medical proscription of neurologist year 2013.how should I cancel the gift deed .
My terms with sisters are not good.mother is unable to speak or recognize us since 2013. how to cancel the gift deed and can i put any fraud charges in th e court.she is uneducated.plz advice

A.dear client you need to file suit for cancellation of gift deed before civil court.
