My mother is having 3 daughters and 2 sons all are married.mother stays with my younger brother in ground floor and i stay in 1st floor in 300sq yards. recently i came to know my mother has given gift deed in his name in 2015 as she was suffering from Parkinson's syndrome since 2010 but I got medical proscription of neurologist year 2013.how should I cancel the gift deed .
My terms with sisters are not good.mother is unable to speak or recognize us since 2013. how to cancel the gift deed and can i put any fraud charges in th e court.she is uneducated.plz advice

A.dear client you need to file suit for cancellation of gift deed before civil court.

Two days ago my brother sold the said property and he is asking me to vacate.sir legally what should I do and what grounds to put up in the court to cancel the gift deed and new purchased builder.plz advice
