I'm employed in govt. service from the year 1986 and living with my father and mother. I constructed a house in one of the plots(in 1998) owned by my father with my own funds.
My salary and income from this property were all utilized for family maintenance right from my emplyment date and also after my fathers demise in 2006 and my sisters are claiming one sixth share of all the properties including my building
Q1. How the properties of my father will have to be shared between my sisters and myself and mother.

A.dear client as you said your father property is self acquired property so it depend on your mothers will. if she has to give you proper share then she can. but you cant get share without her will. try to go through local property lawyer and convince your mother for legal and equal share
